Xfinity On Demand

Any On Demand workouts that are relatively easy, yet still make you sweat a little? I spend all day on my feet and often lack the motivation to work out hard, but I'm finally accepting that if I want to lose any more weight I need to do more than just fix my diet!

    There are several on kickboxing and walking that I like... even some of the jillian michaels are good, and u can modify...

    Oh the butt bible level one is amazing! Its on comcast on demand and its a short 20 minute workout that targets your thighs and butt. And this is not on demand, but I just google "ab ripper x part 1 and 2" for my abs, and its a pretty simple 18 minute workout that really targets your abs.

    Did you try any of the 10 min workouts they have on demand also? Theyre awesome !!
