To Eat or Not to Eat

So my daily allowance for calories is 1470. I am at roughly 1047 right now. I know if I complete my diary entry I'll get that long message about I'm not eatiing enough. I know I should probably eat a little something, but I'm not hungry. What do I do? Eat or no?

    I think you should eat at least 300 more cals. If you can't eat it how about drink it? Fruit juice, V8, protein drinks etc.

    Yeah, sometimes I drink milk or something to get some more calories in if I'm under too far.

    Drink a glass of warm milk: soothing, delicious, good for your bones, and your calorie count will get a little boost.

    I eat when my body says it's hungry... Not because I'm supposed to. Trust your body

    one day wont kill you but if you're consistently that much under, then you should probably start eating some higher calorie foods during the day, like unsalted almonds, avocados...
