Today's challenge: Crunches
Let's see if we can do 400.
Also, let's try and do 50 sit-ups. If you can't do sit-ups that's fine but at least try.
You can do the crunches any style you want.
If you can't do them all then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

I will be doing my vinyasa yoga tomorrow, so this will work wonderfully. I am not sure about doing 400 in one sitting but I will try doing 100 at a time to see how I feel.0

I completed 400 CRUNCHES (20 sets, 20 reps) :-). I do not think I will get the situps in but will let you know.0 -
Ran out of time today only managed 160!0

I did about 120 crunches after my class. I don't think I will be doing any more than that today. :P0

I did all sit-ups but only 125 crunches.... not very impressive I know!!0

okay...I did 200 crunches and 50 situps. I am just so dang tired and sore with this new job just starting :frown:0
