    Spiderman
  • Ever since a kid I've loved Spider-Man. He just seems so real, like a normal guy doing heroic things. I also love his sarcastic wit and thought Tobey did a great job playing him in the movie version.

    Namor the Sub-Mariner

Because he often crosses the line from superhero to supervillain and he doesn't particularly care to be either. He just wants to be a good leader to the Atlanteans.

Also, I imagine he looks like Dwayne Johnson IRL.

Bo from Lost Girl. Being a supernatural seductress who sucks the life out of her partners makes her superhero status in my books. when i grow up i wanna be a Succubus.

    Superman.
He represents the best of the immigrant experience in America.
He is strong because he isn't held down like he was on Krypton(gravity is an analogy for freedom).

Spider-Man is a close second because I am also originally from Queens.

    Iron Man

I have always been enamored with science and when you combine a man who uses technology to become a hero, that's so cool. With most other heroes, they have certain skills or powers, but if you could don the suit, you could be Iron Man. Plus some of the technologies that were in the comics in the eighties are prevalent in our current time.
