30DS logging

Just got done with my first day of 30 Day Shred.... does anyone know how I would log this?

    I log it as 30DS, by creating my own exercise, and I burn about 150 cals per session.

    Oh congrats!! Im on day 2 and im in love lol and yes I was also told Circuit Training general, I started a thread yesterday asking those who where in my weight range and had a hear rate monitor what their HRM said vs MFB database and they where all pretty close, give or take 5-10 calories so I think thats your best bet :-) congrats on getting shredded lol

    I had trouble getting through it.... it doesnt seem that hard, but for someone who hasnt done exercise for a long time... its difficult... my legs feel like jelly! But i could definitely feel the burn... and its only about a 20 minute workout... which works out great with my busy schedule
