Today was my second day tracking foods. I really like this site and I think I will be able to stick to it. It is kind of cool to see how many calories you have left for the day, it kind of feels like earning points or something. I went over in protein and sugar today, whoops on the sugar! I knew I shouldn't have bought those macadamia nut clusters at costco! Darn! Oh well, tomorrow is a new day, and my goal is to stay within my guidelines and also drink more water!     Hi....new kid on the block here. I have heard nothing but RAVES' about this wonderul website and program. I hope to find it user friendly and help me like it's helping my friends. Any advice, pointers, or help would be appreciated. I just got signed up and tomorrow will begin the program and learn about it's attributes.
