Does anyone do Zumba as an exercise?? If so, how many calories do you think you burn in an hour??

    I use my HRM depends on the energy you put in it
    When I do a class 1h is about 360cal
    when I do a dvd it's about 240 cal / 1h

    Same here, I calculate Zumba on www.zumbacalories.com I usually put 1/4 of the time in low intensity and the rest as medium. Lova ZUMBA :D

    I just compare my calorie burn for Zumba (I have been using Aerobic, Genera) to zumbacalories.com with1/4 as low and the rest as medium and they were only about 20 calories different. I choose the lower of the 2 burns.
