Anyone out there bipolar/BPD?

How do you deal with emotional eating (binging)? I have been having a lot of trouble controlling my binging, and though I'm trying to make healthier choices when I'm eating, but there will be days where I will sit and eat a whole box of donuts, or a package of 4 chocolate bars in one sitting.

Its frustrating and I don't know what else to do. Any hints or tips from other emotional eaters?

    Yes, there are a few of us. I can totally relate. Unfotunately I don't have suggestions yet, because nothing has worked for me. I sent you a message.
