Another newbie

Hi All,
I am here hoping to find support and give it as well.

I have been dieting nearly all my life, and certain times I have succeeded to losing some, but always gain it back, and then some. When dieting, I have always been able to drop up to 10lbs a month, but now in my late 30s, it's become a MUCH slower process. Strangely enough, I think this is better for me, as I'm not in a deprivation frenzy, but, I would like to step it up a bit and be more accountable, and disciplined.

It have already lost 40 lbs. by eating clean whenever possible and walking 3-5. I haven't counted calories, but now my weight loss has stalled even more (took me a 1 1/2 years to lose the 40 lbs.). I have been losing and gaining the same 2 lbs for about 4 months, so it's time to start tracking my food and exercise.

Hope to be inspired by all of you, and learn about your journeys too.

    WELCOME. I DNT LOOK @ THIS SITE AS A DIET, IT IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE! IT HAS SOO BECOME MY LIFELINE! CONGRATS, ON YOUR FIRST STEP TO A HEALTHIER LIFE!
