I have been loving the beach body meal replacement shake, but the price is a little high. I was wondering if anyone knew of a cheaper formula that works as well, and where I could find it.

    It may be a little more expensive but the quality is unmatched!

    You can buy some whey protein, and add fruit to it. Make your own combinations and eat some veggies to make sure you're getting the proper amount of nutrition. I love BB products, but that shakeology is expensive for a product that only last a month.

    Thanks for the speedy response, I have been wanting to experiment with my blender so I will try out some recipes and see what comes of it thanks.
