Is soy milk good for you, like i know its better then average full cream milk. but i have 150 ml a morning being 90 calories all up. Iv done research saying its bad, and some saying its good. so, what do you guys think?

Soy is certainly controversial (and generally not great, considering Monstanto owns almost all of our soybeans in the US and so they're GMOs) -- I always use unsweetened almond milk (40 cals per cup), but rice milk, coconut milk, hemp milk and oat milk are great soy-free/dairy-free alternatives as well.

Unless you're allergic soy is fine. It's a good alternative for those who don't get on with cows milk. The unsweetened kind is definitely preferable. Other alternatives include rice, oat and almond milk.
  • oat milk is def nice too.... i tried to make my own almond milk a few times ....hehe

Don't really care about all the controversy, I really like it and feel way better than when I drank skim cow's milk.
  • thanks every one! i might try almond milk. its sounds like the way too go.

I stay away from all things soy b/c i have hypothyroidism, and its one of the things that inhibit thyroid function and interfere w/ my meds. I'm a big fan of coconut milk and almond milk.
