Hey!! Not so New to MFP, but starting to slide...

Hey all,
My Name is Kelly And im going to be 32 in November and Ive lost 7 lbs in 45 Days! Im pretty proud of myself... but i Feel myself starting to slide... I LOVE MFP... its unlike any other website... Im trying to get out there more and walk the dog, ride the bike, etc.. I work nights and Im Having a problem keeping to a weight loss regimen! Any Night shift workers out there have any Ideas?? Feel free to add me as well!!!

Well done on your weight loss so far.
Working nights sucks for eating, my husband works nights and that tends to adjust my routine too. He doesn't work set hours though.
Can you make up meals freeze them and then pull them out and heat them up at work?
If that's not possible, I'd make up salads and make a cold meat like meatloaf, cold chicken nibbles..
Snacks, I'd take in a piece of fruit and home baking.
