Friday Night Curry Night

I'm off out with the girlies tomorrow night and planned eating is a visit to the local curry house. Usually I have a prawn briyani but now I'm trying to stay within my calorie goals can anyone suggest which dishes I should opt for and any I should really try to avoid.

I know I should I try to avoid the sauces with ghee and I usually opt for a fish or chicken dish.

    Tandoori dishes are served without sauce, could be an option. And maybe replace nan bread with chapatis instead.

    That's a good tip about the naan, they are my downfall!

    or even with just plain boiled rice? or a vegetable side dish - bombay potatoes? Aloo Palak?
