Has anyone tried Cho-Yung Tea for weight loss. I have just ordered a packet......I would try anything to lose weight. It claims that you can lose 1lb each day..is this just another fad?

Be careful if you signed up for a "free trail" please be aware that after the initial 30 days is up your credit card or whatever card number you gave them will be debitaed by around £50. And will continue to be debited monthly until you cancel it.
I think its just green tea, it may have been easier to go to the supemarket and buy some there0 -
Losing one pound each day means a calorie deficiency of 3,500 calories every day. It's incredibly unlikely that you're burning 3,500 calories a day to begin with. So yes, it looks like just another fad diet. Don't waste your money. Eat well and exercise, a proven non-fad diet.0

I tried these, they made me sick for days. Couldnt exercise on them because movement made me feel like i was going to vomit!!
