I came across this recipe and I just couldn't resist. I've been craving no bake cookies for awhile now. I made many adjustments to make it lower calorie. These were yummy! Next time I'm going to try White chocolate PB or Dark chocolate PB. I think if you added some coconut and nuts it would be way good as well. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 cups Sugar- I used Stevia
4 Tbsp Cocoa- Chocolate whey protein powder
1 stick Butter- Light butter
½ cup Milk- Coconut or almond
½ cup Nutella (didn't skimp here ;)
1 Tbsp Vanilla
2½ cups Oatmeal- I used instant oatmeal out of the packages because that is what I had on hand.

Directions:

In a heavy saucepan, bring the sugar, cocoa, butter and milk to a boil. Boil for 1 minute, then add in Nutella, vanilla and oatmeal. Pour mixture into an 8 X 8 pan, or drop by spoonfuls onto a lined cookie sheet. Place in fridge to harden.

Note: If you are using protein powder I would cut back on the amount of sugar you use.

Oooh, thanks for sharing - I think I will use my Peanut Butter & Co PB instead of Nutella! :)

That's what I plan on using next time. Peanut butter & Co has the best PB ever!

These are what we call "Charlie Browns" except with Nutella instead of peanut butter. I have never thought to lighten the recipe OR replace the PB with Nutella. I can't wait to try this!!
