Leaning toward Shirataki noodles with light marinara and mushrooms, but not 100% certain yet. Gotta hit up the Asian market for more of the noodles. I'm almost out.0

Oh and for lunch I had smoked salmon on some romaine with a touch balsamic vinegar. Good stuff.0 -

I can't say anything about the 20 calorie a serving Tofu Shirataki noodles yet because I haven't tried them. (They are in the fridge though). I have been eating the 0 calorie ones without the tofu added (JFC brand from an Asian market). Personally, I think they are AWESOME. They do smell very, very fishy right out of the bag, but once you soak them in hot water for 30 minutes to an hour it goes away when they are rinsed off. If someone had given them to me without telling me what they were I would have sworn that they were rice noodles. They have a tad more "spring" to them, but it doesn't bother me at all. I haven't had them that long, but I've done a veggie stir-fry with cabbage, carrots, onion, bean sprouts and soy sauce. I've made a "spaghetti" with marinara, onion, and mushroom. And I made them with a Thai peanut sauce and assorted veggies like they normally do with rice noodles. I wish I had found these sooner. They are definitely helping with the noodle cravings when I don't have a ton of calories to spare.0 -

2oz roasted chicken breast, 2 cups of leafy green salad, 3oz grape tomatoes, 1 oz onion, 2 tbsp no fat Italian dressing, 15 gr light feta cheese. ... with what to drink? Water of course! lol0

I had chicken that I diced, seasoned, and cooked on the stove in 2 tablespoons of butter with asparagus, mushrooms, bell peppers and onions sauteeed with it. I then took a wheat tortilla and threw it in there - had a V8 fusion and lots of water. Oh and I had a salad with some ranch. yum. Im super stuffed so Im not sure howIm going to finish my calories today but thats a problem I have been working on - learning to eat more than Im used to.0

I had a horrible lunch, and it serves me right.
There is a farmers market over the road from work, so me and a colleague went over and brought a shredded lamb roll, now we are both feeling a bit queezy!!0 -
