Plateau

Anyone hit that wall yet? Needing help to get passed it. Suck at 131 for the last few weeks. I just want to stay in the 120s

    Yep.. I'm at my half way goal and have been lingering here for about 2 weeks...

    Try changing things up. Different exercise program, strength training. Are you eating enough calories?

    This is my first plateau! if i get passed this one will it continue to be more difficult to lose weight?

    Are you exercising any? Try checking your body composition for muscle/fat %. Calorie intake for your goal may be ok but your body may think it is not getting enough food. Also, try spreading your calorie intake out over most of the day and try not to skip meals. Good luck and hang in there! :smile:
