Found out about this app on my ipod and I am loving it. It's really easy to track my calorie intake. I am hoping to make new friends to keep motivated through my journey. I am 21 years old and live in Nebraska. I currently am attending college and will graduate in May with an associates degree in surgical technology. My current weight is 237lbs 5'6" and I am hoping to be 175 by the time I graduate in May 2012. My ultimate goal is to weigh 135 lbs. I have been doing kick-boxing 3 days a week and resistance bands 3 days a week for about 6 months but have not lost any weight; I have lost inches though. I definitely have exercising down but it's over eating that is my problem. Hopefully from this day on I will change my life.

Congratulations on your degree and your decision to live a healthier lifesytle! Watching what you eat in addition to all that exercise with kick boxing and resistance bands should yield weight loss. By May 2012, if you stick with everything, you should be pretty darn close to your 175 goal if not exceeding it.
Good luck here and here's to your success!!0 -
I love the app!! Seriously, now there are *no* excuses for why we "couldn't quite manage" to track on any given day. Bring it on!0
