Love using this tracker

Hi, Since I have begun to use this tracker and my new meal plan, I have lost 20 pounds since August! I weighed about 168 at the end of July and am now down to 147 pounds! A lot has to do with following the 17 day diet, but definitely incorporating harder workouts has helped, and this site keeps it all together!

    I have been using this tracker for about 1 month, love that I can see right away on either my laptop or Blackberry my diary. I have started an exercise plan and so far no weight lost but do have inches lost.:smile:
