I really want to kick my weight loss into high gear. Is it better to get in two 1hour cardio workouts or is it ok to just do 2 hours of cardio all at once? I also lift weights M W F, however I try to do cardio all 7days of the week. Thanks

From my experience, it doesn't matter if you split them up or do them altogether. Personally, I like to split them up if I'm doing more than an hour a day. As long as you're moving, you're benefitting.0

He/she say why???0 -
I split them up because I don't have the time to get 120 minutes in at once (child care at the gym limits me to 90 minutes). I do a class at the gym then at my daughters nap time I do another cardio or weight training video for 45-60 minutes.
Just make sure you eat enough to fuel your body.0 -
