Help! I am in charge of bringing a hot dip to a friendly game of poker tomorrow night....and I have no clue what to bring that would not be too bad.

I would like it to not be a fruit dip....something warm.

i agree with the buffalo chicken dip.. use reduced fat cream cheese and fat free cheese.. opt to boil and shread your own chicken instead of using can like some recipes ask for (nasty) OR a 7 layer dip.. use protein crumbles instead of ground beef and mash your own beans instead of using re-fried beans :)

Thank you!! I totally forgot about that website!! I have already picked two from there ~ going with the Buffalo Chicken Dip and the Pumpkin pie dip for apples...just because it looks so stinking good and I have a ton of Granny Smith apples that no one around here likes.

    Pizza Dip
2 - 8 oz packages 1/3. less fat Cream Cheese
2 cups (1 regular package) Skim Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 jar pizza sauce (like Ragu)
    1 package Turkey Pepperoni, diced
1 small can black olives, sliced

Dump it all in a crock pot and stir until melty good. I serve with cut up pieces of french bread, but could also serve with crackers or baked chips.

I don't know how much to a serving, I just put in about 16 servings, so maybe 2-4 TB per serving?

For 16 servings, Per Serving: 159 cal 4 Carbs 12 Fat

    From recipe calculor:

That's the one I will do :) And celery would go perfectly with it since it is buffalo! Can't have buffalo wings w/out carrot and celery sticks :):)

    Thank you guys!

it's not a hot recipe dip but you could make a dip with lump crab meat.

1 block of fat free cream cheese
    1 jar of cocktail sauce
    1 can lump crab meat

layer each, first spread the cream cheese, then the cocktail sauce and put the lumb crabmeat on top.

you can eat some of the cream cheese if you want or you can just eat the cocktail sauce with crab depending on your remaining calories. it's yummy and i serve with reduced fat wheat thins.

    hope you like! :-)
