Paintballing?

So Im going paintballing tomorrow I have never been before everyone keeps saying it hurt really bad when you get hit by one :sad:

Has anyone ever been before? What should I wear?:huh:

    I used to play regularly, now I play airsoft competitively... they're very similar. It hurts, but for a split second. Sometimes it stings for a few seconds after. Wear gloves, some thick clothing, and you MUST wear eye protection.

    Your adrenaline is usually pumping so you don't actually feel it that much. The fun totally surpasses any sort of pain you may incur, just like most sports :)

    Awsome thanks I think I have a boobie protector! lol The glove tip is fantabulous I would of never thought of that :drinker:

    When I played i got hit several times. I got hit twice from a distance, which barely hurt at all. Then someone accidentally got shot me from about 2 feet away (seriously). I was hiding one one side of something and someone else was kneeling on the other side of it. I came around the corner and startled them so they accidentally pulled the trigger and shot me right on the hip bone. That hurt really, really badly. But that is pretty rare.

    Yeah, it hurts like hell to get hit on the finger.

    Damn right it does.

    It isn't bad if you're shot from any distance. Just be sure you have sensitive areas covered and NEVER EVER take off your eye protection until the game is done.

    I got hit in the head, right above the helmet. That stung for hours! (Tizzle, the helmets are like visors, they protect the face, eyes and ears but the rest of the head is exposed)

    Oh, I always wear a cup. I've seen guys get hit in the jewels and its not pretty.
