Thursday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Tricep Dips

Let's do 250 of them.

The farther out you move your feet the harder these are to do. So.....Today let's move your feet out as far as you can.

You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 250 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

    Holy moly this sounds nuts but why not give it a whirl, I cant seem to sleep right now so I'm going to start some . Then sleep lol
  • Hmm... no bench around the house. Gonna have to find another surface to use instead. Any suggestions?

    Thanks. You helped me think of a chair that would work. Everything else seemed too high (pool table), too low (fireplace hearth), too soft/unstable (couch), etc.

    I'll go for the whole enchilada today. This is actually one of my favorite exercises. I love the burn from it.

    Couldn't sleep last night so I got 40 in at 3 am just got another 25 in so 65 so far! I'm going to hack away at this all day!:) it will be funny to see where I'll end up dipping while I'm out today lol

    I do them from the couch sometimes.
