c25k Week 5

Options
I'm about to start Week 5 D1 on Sunday, and the week looks daunting.

Is anyone at the same point as me? I'm looking for someone who is able to push me through this programme, my motivation is wavering.

Any advice or tips greatly appreciated by anyone who has done the programme.

I really want to do this, but need some support.

P.S I'm using the treadmill version

    I'm on week 7 now,

when I got up to week 5 i thought "there's no way I can do that!"

my best advise is to just trust the program, a lot of people say to repeat weeks if you don't feel ready, but i think if i did that i'd never feel ready so I just try my hardest to do what the program is saying I can do. and shockingly I was able to do it....it wasn't easy but i did it and it felt awesome.....once i regained the ability to breathe :)

    just give it ago! :)

I've done c25k and I found the second run (2 x 8 minute runs) harder than the third run (you know the one I mean!).
I say just have a go!

I'm up to W6 D3 tomorrow, also on the treadmill.

You will be really surprised at what you can do, so go for it!

I am starting w5d1 with my next run as well! Had to take an extra day off due to some lower leg pains. It does look scary and exciting at the same time. I also live in NY and the days are colder, wetter and darker. No treadmill for me.
