Hi I am new to this and so far enjoying all the benefits from this site. Just wondering if anyone knows what is the best form of exercise to reduce a mothers pouch?? It causes me infections and I could medically get a tummy tuck but I have to be at the healthy BMI to do so. It is so irratating if anyone has any tips please Id be very grateful.
Thanks Tamara

It's different for everyone. For me it's crunches and lots of walking, and time! You can do it:)0

Follow the EAT CLEAN diet (Tosca Reno) and loads of veggies. In one of her books she states that eating well is the only thing that is going to give you a flat belly...
Its a concern that your tummy gives you infections??? I've never heard of that.0 -
Crunches and leg lifts. Tummy's are last to go, unfortunately. But don't give up!0

After 2 c-sections I would have to agree with the mommy "apron" as I call it. I just reached a healthy bmi, but my apron is always sticking out. Someone asked if I was pregnant the other day. I am working away on it and someone told me about Shakeology helping with that so I am going to give it a try for a while. I also am doing a program randomabs.com which is about a 10 minute abdominal workout every other day. The site does not recommend every day because your muscles need a day to recuperate between workouts. It is really difficult to do some of the exercises they have on there. I try my hardest on them though.0

Tell that to my boyfriend who has a six pack and eats junk food often!
You cannot spot reduce but I find walking, cycling and swimming help keep mine flatter. I have the pooch too (from before having my kid) but it is shrinking. I found that the 30 day shred has taken over an inch from it.
How does it give you infections?0
