HI new to this! can i have some tips?

I really just want to tone up and lose the weight that isn't needed. i want to feel confident in a bikini and not care about my tummy or thighs. any tips?

    Log in your food and exercise religiously. That way if you feel like things aren't progressing as you'd like them to you can look back and probably figure it out! Also, share with your MFP friends what you're feeling. We are here to help and support!:smile:

    ^ log religiously. and log your food when you've had a bad day too, so you won't do it again :)
