Any recipes for romaine lettuce other than salads?

I bought a bunch of romaine lettuce that I need to eat. I intended to make salads but haven't been feeling it lately. Does anyone have any non-salad ideas?

You can use it as a shell to fill with tuna or chicken or beans. Mix them with a dressing and other veggies like a salad.0

A restaurant near me called Piati's grills hearts of romaine wrapped with prosciutto and drizzled with hazelnut vinagerette. It's really good. Or some kind of lettuce wraps.0

Lettuce wraps! Chicken chopped up with some sauce, peanuts, cellary and a few other things and you can have a good Chinese Snack!0

ALSO!
You can make a breadless sandwich. Two leafs, little mayo, some turkey breast or ham, and a slice of cheese0 -
i've been experimenting with lettuce wraps! I hate homemade salads so these lettuce wraps I've been doing are awesome. One day I just added chicken salad (I used fat free chicken and light mayo) and then last night for dinner I put chicken with a little bit of cheddar cheese melted with avocado.. OMG so good! I think I'm making them again tonight0

This sounds so good!! I was also going to suggest grilling the lettuce. I recall an episode of Chef at Home a little while back where he did that. Maybe grill a whole bunch of vegetables in addition to the romaine lettuce? That could be really yummy...0 -

I always grill my romaine!! Brush cut side of head with olive oil, add salt and pepper, grill very briefly, then add manchego or parm and dressing. I make a roasted garlic-buttermilk dressing for this (to be used in moderation of course  ).0

We have taken Romaine strips and grilled them. It doesn't take long on the grill but we drizzle Italian dressing or you can use EVOO with any spices you like. You don't need to use a lot of dressing but it is very tasty.0

I think you can grill it? Brush with some EVOO and season to taste. Don't break each individual leaf off though; just cut the whole thing in half lengthwise.0
