I put a post on here sometime last week that was sort of taken the wrong way. I had posted about horror movies (because I am a huge fan of them and fyi, I don't care if you think they are stupid) to watch leading up to Halloween. I was met with little success, so I am extending this to be any festive Halloween movies that you like to watch around this time. They don't have to be scary and they can be cute movies.

What are some of your favorite movies to watch around Halloween time?

Some of mine: Hocus Pocus, Casper the Friendly Ghost, Nighmare before Christmas, Corpse Bride, Halloweentown, Scooby Doo

We always watch The Exorcist around this time of year. We used to have scary movie night with several other couples back in the day.

Candyman Candyman Candyman Candyman Candyman (any Candyman fans will know why I typed it 5 times)

I am anxious to watch Susperia from the 1970's. I understand it is supposed to be one of the scariest movies out there:) Hmmm, The Shining (any scary Stephen King movie is good), The Exorcist, Halloween (just the originals). Wow, there are too many to think of right now. I LOVE SCARY MOVIES!!!!!

Most anything with zombies (oh, wait i do that all year round lol). I love Disney's Halloweentown series, Nightmare Before Christmas. And, don't laugh, Tremors with Kevin Bacon. I don't know why but my uncle and I love that movie.
