Logging C25K

How do you guys log this? I usually log it using my average speed. For example this week I'm on week five, and cover 2.25 miles, so I log it as 30mins at '4.5mph walking very brisk pace', although obviously at times I'm walking at about 3.5 and running at about 6. Do you think this is accurate?

I think it would be more accurate to add up your running times and log them at the average speed you're running, then add up your walking times at the average speed you're walking. You have two entries, but C25K's format makes it very easy to distinguish how many minutes you're doing of each.0
