    I love this website! It has opened my eyes. a lot was going into my mouth and I had no idea how many calories and everything else I was consuming. now, I have the control.

    Eat well, and track your calories, weigh yourself weekly (although I admit--I weigh daily! :embarassed: ) and measure, measure, MEASURE your body parts!

    Thanks you all! It has taken me 7 years to lose 20 lbs most of it in the last 2 years, so I hope with all of your support I can get through the home stretch!
