    Ended week 1 lost 3lbs though I thought I would have lost more but I started PMS today. So we will see what week 2 will bring, I. Hope I keep being motivated.

    3 lbs in one week is awesome. Most should expect to lose 1-2 lbs!
  • Way to go! You are doing great! By healthy eating, tracking calories, and working out about 3 times a week....I have lost 12 lbs. since August 31st. With a little motivation & will power....this WORKS!
