One of my fav recipes....

My sister-in-law got this from WW and it's one of my favorites....
It's a lot like the HG Yum-Yum brownie muffins

Spice Cake mix
15 oz can pumpkin
1/2 cup water (for a smoother consistency)

Mix in a bowl, pour into a greased pan (sis-in-law usually used just a round cake pan) and bake at 350 degrees roughly around 20 minutes. May need longer (until a toothpick inserted comes out clean).

Enjoy!

I am assuming you can also make this into muffins as well.

Yep, I make this into muffins. My brother and I love the death out of them. I don't even bother with the half cup water.

What is the nutritional info or points value??

I did the yum-yum muffins without yogurt or anything to make it smoother and it...looked interesting.
I figure water is calorie free...haha.

I just need to stock up my pantry with spice and chocolate cake mix and pumpkin! This has been a life saver the last few days.

I am not positive due to varying cake mixes.
Maybe someone else has the nutrition info, if not I can try to figure it out.

Any have the nutrition facts on this? I make it in a 9x9 pan (9 average pieces) but every time I try to figure it on the calculator, it's all messed up....like big time!

    Help!

I'll edit this and answer my own question....

Using a 9x9 pan and cutting it into 9 pieces...
    1 piece=
    Calories: 24
    Carbs: 5
All the other nutrition info was minimal so I am skipping it.

And you don't add the oil or eggs the box of cake mix calls for?

My calculations were wrong on the calories, I haven't re-totaled them yet cause I tossed the spice cake box.

However, it would be roughly what the site has down for HG yum Yum muffins. (it's like 180 cals or something....sorry kids)

Next time I make em I'll redo the calories.
