What should I do after the 30 day shred?

For people who have completed the 30 day shred, what challenge did you start after? Was it a new Jillian DVD? If so, which one?

    If you like Jillian Michaels, I would recommend doing her "Bannish Fat, Boost Metabolism"! Its definitely a longer workout than 30 shred.... about 55 minutes. But theres so many different circuits, it goes by pretty quickly!

    I have 11 days left of 30DS and plan on doing Ripped In 30 when I am done.

    Totally depends on what you wish to accomplish. Weight loss, tone or build? Ripped is very similiar to 30 ds but imo a lot harder, aspecially when it comes to the later levels. Ive been doing 6 week six pack for a month with great results, also tried Killer buns and thighs, which is great. Choose what you want to target and pick the one that suits you best!
