Weekend approaches

Just started this week and am nervous for the weekend. I love the accountability of MFP!! Wish me luck.

    The weekend was my biggest hurdle for months. Just log in everyday. Eat healthier then not and a least do something that will get your heart rate going. Like going for a walk, bike ride, hiking etc.

    Try keeping some healthy snacks on hand like bell peppers/artichokes/carrots... Whatever you like, so that when you get the munchies you can fill up on them... Good luck this weekend, you can do it! :)
