If you are under your calories, etc. at the end of the day, especially after dinner, and you are full, do you eat some more in order to bring your count up?

Personally, I don't. I sip lemon water when I'm full but I don't eat.0

depends on just how under i am. I grab a couple ounces of cheese usually if i need to.0

No, if I'm full I don't eat. Sometimes you just have to listen to your body.0

If every day you are greatly under your goal then yes. Or throughout the day add olive oil to things such as soup or pasta, eat peanut butter, snack on nuts etc. However, if its one day out of the month you're under, then I wouldn't worry about it. Just don't make a habit out of it.0

Depends on how under I am. I need to eat 1200 calories per MFP. However, if I am not hungry, I always try to eat around 1000 at least. So I'll eat some small healthy snack to get my calories up a little bit.0
