What are you're favorite metabolism boosting foods? I'm trying to find more foods that I can start eating to boost my metabolism.

    Organic superfood juices laced with protein powder. My particular favorite, Odwalla Blueberry superfood juice with chocolate protein powder. Drink it. Give it about half an hour. You'll be trotting down the street asking things like, "excuse me sir, may I pick up your car?"

    Calcium + Vitamin D is a fatburner... so if you drink skim or 1% milk you will burn some fat!!!     Coffee/caffeine

    Hot spices

    Did I mention adequate water?

    But none of that holds a candle to exercising for boosting metabolism, especially resistance training (weights, etc...)
