I'm new to myfitnesspal.
I successfully lost 35 pounds, but became sidelined with injuries and depression and it all came back in 8 months...it's really hard to get motivated, but I'm climbing back on the fitness and health wagon once again.

I'm back on the wagon too. You can do it! I joined several months ago but didn't use MFP till 2 weeks ago. Reading others posts is really inspiring and I'm hoping will keep me motivated. Hopefully the community aspect will work for you as well.0
