I joined The first of this week already lost 4 lbs. I have a 8 Week old baby and have alot of fluff to go. Wish me luck!!!

    Thanks to all of you guys! Losing weight isnt easy.....as we all know.... so it is great to have good support :)

    Congratulations on your choice to better your life!

    Eat well, and track your calories, weigh yourself weekly (although I admit--I weigh daily! :embarassed: ) and measure, measure, MEASURE your body parts!
