Balsamic vinegar, hold the oil/salad cream and mayo-they're the calorie dense parts at about 40kCal a teaspoon and add black pepper and salt. Or even lighter and zestier, juice a lemon, grate the rind, add salt and black pepper to taste, perhaps even a little chopped chilli for a fiery metabolism boosting (only just but it's also packed with great anti oxidants and the citrus juice will help you absorb iron from the dark green leaves) dressing! :)
  • There's a brand called spray light, I get a spray-on caesar dressing and it's less than a calorie a spray. It's really good :)

    I love Vinegar and Mint.

Finely chop fresh mint and pour a little boiling water on it to release the flavour then add vinegar, hey presto a no cal dressing.
You can add oil and sugar/sweetner to taste if you prefer but of course that raises the calories.
