gym or sleep?

I'm really pumped to go to the gym - it's nearly 11pm, and i'm kinda half tired... but i know once i start i will gain more energy and wake up... should i go now or wait until morning?

tomorrow, no point unsettling your sleep routine...by the time you finish you wont be able to sleep for hours. Have a good nights sleep before attacking it tomorrow!0
