    For my Husband & I's vow renewal (in another 5 years), we'll be having a traditional NY style Cheesecake, but in tier form like that one :) It's going to be awesome, but I'll have to not eat anything else the entire day :laugh:

    It is a lot of calories. But you should be able to take a few bites and enjoy it. Remember, eat in moderation.

    Trust me. I know plenty about moderation, but cheesecake is one of those foods I don't eat in small portions :laugh: Preparation and remaining conscious of every single morsel that enters my bod is what has made me maintain my goal weight for over 1 & 1/2 years now :) Lots of work, but oh so worth it!
