Hello :) This is my first time using MFP && I'm very excited!! I'm still getting familiar with the site but it seems that it will help me stay focused and keep track of my eating/exercise very well. I have been struggling to lose the last 18.5 pounds for a long time and I am hoping that this site/community will help me once and for all! If anyone is looking for a friend or some motivation please feel free to add me!

    Welcome aboard. Yes, this is a fantastic tool. You need to use it every day and be very honest about your foods and exercise. You will see results!!

    Welcome. I really helps to see it in black and white. Most of it is just educating yourself on portion size and eating healthy. Log foods before you eat them to see if you need to make changes before it goes into your mouth. Its all about thinking before you reach.:drinker:
