Stay within your goals for the day. I don't exercise because of health reasons and I lost all the weight I wanted just eating right. Feel better soon. :flowerforyou:

How are you feeling? Is your body ready for exercise? Maybe walking, squats, or other lower body based exercises would be appropriate.

If your body is fine and your spirit is just lagging behind then just get moving - do anything but don't wait, start right now :flowerforyou:

Morning ! I saw the Topic and thought I'd take a gander. First of all, 77 pouunds .. WOW !! Great job !

I've had 2 surgeries since last November - both on my right knee. Menisectomy in November, TKR in March. I"m doing well and have exercised every single day since my March surgery. However, of course, with some modifications. I still can't do as much cardio as I"d like since it is all pretty knee dependent. But, I do it - always 3 days a week, sometimes 4 or 5. I strength train 3 days a week. My knee is "talking" to me right now about the Stairmaster last night . LOL I've lost 33 pounds since end of April.

Anyhoo .. I guess my point is : find what you can do and do it. You likely cannot do all that you'd like to do, but that is OK. Do what you can, stay on goal with your food. Your physical therapist should be able to help you with a fitness routine that is right for you !

Don't get discouraged ! Let your body heal : )
