Ranch dressing?!

I'm not really a fan of fat free dressing, but I don't like regular dressing either....it's too creamy for me. That being said, this may sound weird......but, I normally water down the regular ranch dressing with like 30% water and 70% ranch dressing. I still measure my intake, but that wouldn't really qualify as "fat free" or would it? How would I adjust the calories to be correct?

Count a tablespoon as 0.75 tablespoons.0

try a non-cream based dressing0

full fat dressings are healthier because when they make 'low-fat' dressings they fill the empty space with sugars (which is actually worse for you when trying to lose weight).0

The only ranch dressing, I can think of that contains zero calories, sugars, etc. Is Walden Foods, you can check their website out. Never tried it myself, but curious though.0
