I've used this line several times...today I'm trying to work that line.....

I'm home alone.. I've never liked being alone.
I'm feeling sorry for myself and my plateau--stuck for about 5 weeks now...
Tired of not being able to decide what to eat and going to a weight loss shake....
and just plain tired

So...the idea came to me.....eat something....
So I made spinach, onions, 2 oz chicken and cottage cheese
I'm nourished but not satisfied.
Typically I might eat a "little something" that won't help my situation (ie cookie, cookie dough, cheese, chips, chocolate chips--really anything to fill the void)
But not today.....
I'm letting myself feel lonely...my kids are getting older, I'm going to have to get used to not being entertained or needed all the time.
I'm letting myself be nourished--even if not satisfied.....my "little somethings" arent going to give me what I need.
I'm exhausted so I'm going to nap.....I never admit to being tired.....I usually eat my way through being tired and keep going.
Then I'll go to the gym for an hour--not 2 hours to try to break through this plateau...just because it's the healthy thing to do...

I think I'm getting it.....for today anyway!!
