So i keep seeing all these commercials for Special K that say you can loose how ever many pounds in a week if you eat Special K for two meals during the day......

I like the cerial but i am hesitant to try it... has anyone giving it a shot?... what kind of results did you get?

Yes, I have tried it and let me tell you, the real challenge was trying not to bite my co workers I was soooo hungry. Only lasted 4 days and I lost nothing.

    Best of luck to you!

lol.... thanks.. thats what i was afraid of... dont think i wanna put the money out for something thats gonna torture me!~
  • Hi, I tried it and I was really hungry! Its fine for breakfast but if you stick to the portion size they recommend its a real light lunch! I lasted three days and was so hungry I gave up so I cant say that I lost any weight on it though I guess that if I had stuck to such low calorie intake I would have. Not that its the right way to do it really and I am loosing weight regulary making sure that I log everything on this site. Good luck if you give it a go anyway:flowerforyou:

Also, I just read somewhere that for a cereal, Special K is high in sodium.
