Hello everyone, I'm excited/anxious to start working on my weight again after a much too-long hiatus from the gym. I want to shed 50 lbs before I start to tone up the muscle. For you veterans out there, what is a good way to start shedding the lbs without bulking up?
Yesterday was the last soda I'm gonna drink for a long time and I've been cutting back on how many cigarettes I smoke so hopefully I can run and not kill myself. The plan is to get down to 2 - 5 cigarettes per day by New Year's so I can quit for my resolution.
Any tips or advice for a workout noob like myself?

Hi and welcome. Please feel free to add me. I suggest that focusing on cardio, drinking water and portion size will be your best bet.0

I am new to this site. Not sure if I am posting my first message in the right place. So enjoying this!! Started this past Monday, Oct. 10, 2011. I have a question. Is there anyway I can add copper and zinc into what is tracked?
Thank you,
