How do I add a recipe?

How do I add a recipe? I can't figure out how to put in the ingredients.

    Under the food tab, there is a place that you can click recipes (in the blue bar) when you click on there, to the right there is a green box to click to enter your own recipe. Once you go in there, you shoudl be able to figure it out.

    Under the main tabs, click Food, then the smaller tab underneath that reads Recipes. In next window, click "start new recipe" in green, to the right. Then in new window click "add ingrediants" under orange.

    Is it me or can you tell what this is saying? What is (class=strong>toan>click on class)?.

    When I go to add a new recipe all goes fine until I try to add the ingredients then I get the 'food search' window and am not allowed to enter any thing else. I've tried to enter a name of item and it just says it's not found and won't let me continue...plus I'm getting funny wording on posts ie: class=strong>toan>click on class...
