I have a juicer and make my own fruit and vegetable juice combinations. How do I figure the calories per serving? This morning I made juice using: 1 med apple, 1 sm pear, 1 med kiwi, 1cup green grapes & 1/2 lrg cucumber, this made approx 2 cups of juice.

I keep well away from fruit juice.......the reason is if it takes say 5 apples to make a glass of apple juice you are really putting loads of carbs, sugar and calories into your body.....when would you eat 5 apples one after another !0

I just go with each vegetable/fruit and look under fresh squeezed or juiced, most are in, the ones that are not in I just count the raw fruit, that should come closest possible.0

I entered it under the recipies and got all the info. Thanks everyone!0
