Today I decided to go on a hunt for the Zaggora Hot Pants that i've been reading so much about, however after seeing multiple reviews of people not receiving theirs in months and the customer service being pretty poor, I've decided to try body brushing again. So the question is do any over you body brush and have you noticed much different in the appearance of cellulite and smoother skin?

Many Thanks
Nikkei

I have a shower brush which has rubber nodules on it... if nothing it makes my skin softer... can't be sure about the cellulite as have upped exercise and started drinking loads of water too! But yes I'd say it works!
  • I'm sorry, never ever heard of that before.

i bought a body brush not long ago aswell after seeing it used on the lfiestyle channel here, i always vow to use it daily but constantly forget lol

it makes sense that it would work along with excercise though as it would break up the pockets of cellulite and the excercise would tighten the skin to make the appearance less dimply:)

I don't use a body brush, but I do use a nifty pair of exfoliating gloves with an Aveeno body wash every 3-4 days in the shower. The other days I use a mesh shower puff with an olive oil based bar soap that doesn't leave me dry or feeling "coated". So far my loose skin isn't too bad at 76 pounds down, but I am sure it will get worse since I have another 75 to go.

I bought a brush from The Body Shop a couple weeks ago and have been faithfully brushing every day. My skin is as smooth and soft as a baby's butt, not sure if I notice any change in the tightness of my skin or cellulite, but it does look like my stretch marks are less red and fading a bit...
